In a quiet, sunny, idyllic location in Pinzagen, just 3 km from the diocesan town of Brixen, you will found the Alpenrose - the insider tip for all those who spend their holidays in Brixen and appreciate good food, a cosy get-together, comfortable living and peace and quiet. The inn has been run by the Baldauf family for over 40 years and inspires with its family-friendly and warm ambience. The Alpenrose in the Eisack Valley, the “Valley of the Ways”, welcomes both locals and guests/groups/families to stay for a while in its individual parlours, on the large sun terrace and in its apartments. The Gasthof Alpenrose has become Dining & Living Alpenrose - be able to live beautifully and be pampered!

Move with the times and still preserve the old - this is our motto, which is reflected in the rooms of the restaurant and apartments. For example, in our hotel you will eat in the traditional, wooden parlours which have been spiced up with modern details to create a harmonious atmosphere that will delight you. Just like the new apartments: simple, stylish and very “gemütlich”! Thanks to the peace and quiet, the Alpenrose is perfect for recharging your batteries.
A particularly charming aspect of the Alpenrose’s restaurant is the quiet sun terrace with adjacent garden. Surrounded by greenery, when the sun is shining and a pleasantly gentle breeze is blowing, it’s a great place to enjoy the speciality dishes served from the kitchen. Whilst the adults sip another lively aperitif or eat an ice cream, the little ones can enjoy riding the tractor, and playing on the swings, slide or seesaw in the garden with its own playground.
Young visitors will find their own playroom in our restaurant, where there’s plenty to discover. There are interesting puzzles, colouring books, a play kitchen, rocking animals and much more here! In good weather it is well worth heading for the terrace or garden where our own playground awaits young adventurers! Here at the Alpenrose we love children and take extra special care of our little guests, including, for example, offering our own children’s menu.
The Alpenrose Hotel in Pinzagen is the perfect place to spend a holiday close to Brixen. In just 5 minutes you can drive to the medieval small town, whilst staying in a peaceful, sunny, panoramic location with views of Brixen, the Plose and the Dolomite peaks. Another world - but by no means cut off! If you are coming to Brixen for the hiking you will be delighted: The hiking trail in the old town passes right by the Dining & Living Alpenrose and apart from this there are countless breathtaking hikes that start from here.
