The range of spring activities in South Tyrol – nowhere better than in the Eisack Valley!
Nature is slowly coming back to life in the valley, a dandelion here, a crocus there, and the grass is beginning to grow - but the mountain summits are still covered with snow, which won’t disappear for a while yet. What this means is that on a holiday in March/April the range of spring activities in South Tyrol is extremely varied. This is because until the early afternoon it is still possible to tear up the snowy slopes on the Plose ski resort, or go for a walk or hike in the gentle, warm rays of the sun on an afternoon. And when the valley is transformed into a pinky-white sea of blossom, then it’s once again time for the famous Apple Blossom Festival in the apple-growing village of Natz.
