Alpenrose’s breakfast basket and quality products to prepare for yourself
Feel like authentic, regional and home made products for breakfast? No problem! On request we will be pleased to leave a breakfast basket every day filled with plenty of local products such as fresh bread, milk and eggs from the farm, cheese, yoghurt and cold cuts plus homemade treats such as jams... right outside your door. Almost like breakfast in bed!
You are also welcome to collect the ingredients for a healthy and substantial lunch or evening meal from your host, Jürgen. He will be pleased to supply you with local quality produce (vegetables, fruit, meat etc.) which you can then turn into tasty meals.
Prices & conditions
The prices indicated are for 2 people per day per apartment for a stay of at least 4 nights. For a shorter stay we charge a supplement of 10 to 20% of the daily rate for the apartment.
The apartments can only booked for the following minimum durations on the following holidays:
>Easter min. 5 nights
>Ferragosto (15 august) min. 5 nights
>New Year min. 7 nights
Rosé Apartment 2-4 people 112-135 €
Yellow Apartment 2-4 people 125- 150 €
Bordeaux Apartment 4-6 people 185-215 €
>There is a charge for every additional person staying in the apartment:
>Children up to 2.99 years of age stay free of charge (on request we will provide a cot)
>Children from 3 to 5.99 years of age pay 10 €, children from 6 to 13.99 years of age 14 €, over 14 years of age 18 € per day.
>These prices exclude the local tax of 2,90 € per day for over 14s.
A weekly change of bed linen and towels is included in the price. We charge the following for the final clean:
>Bordeaux apartments 35 €
>Yellow and Rosé apartments 25 €
Furthermore, the price includes:
>Use of our lawn
>Finnish sauna and organic sauna

Arrival and departure
The apartments are available for you to occupy from 3 pm. We request that you vacate your apartment by 10 am on your day of departure.
It is unfortunately not always possible for us to confirm a specific apartment number for you.
Deposit
We are pleased to receive a written booking confirmation. The reservation is binding as soon as a deposit of 30% is transferred. You are welcome to settle your bill in cash or by credit / EC card when you leave.
Conditions of cancellation
Cancellation up to 30 days before departure is free of charge. Up to 15 days before departure, 70 % of the flat price must be paid, up to 7 days before departure 90 % of the flat price and in case of no-show, late arrival or early departure the total amount will be charged.
With the Brixen Card you can enjoy a whole heap of benefits and discounts:
>Free use of all public transport operated by the South Tyrolean public transport system (such as the regional trains as far as Trento, buses, city buses, the Plose ski bus and public cable cars)
>One return journey per day with the Plose gondola
>Free participation in the hiking and activity programme run by the Brixen tourist information association
>Free entry to the Acquarena adventure pool in Brixen (daily)
>Free participation in the cultural programme run by the Brixen tourist information association (guided tours etc.)
